All our coach training programs, are offered in the English-language in Bucharest, Romania.  These courses have welcomed participants from as far Italy, Berlin, Geneva, Madrid, Brussels, Finland, and Holland, and obviously from Romania.  In a truly international setting bridging Eastern and Western Europe, participation to the Bucharest "Coaching Fundamentals" program and "METACOACH" workshops has always been very dynamic.

  • For managers et coaches (experienced or beginers) who want to acquire a natural and masterful ease in their practical use of coaching skills.  The objective of this course is to achieve the elegance of coaching mastery.
  • For those who perceive that they need to develop their manager or coach posture, with the characteristic systemic presence conducive to coach and client developement.
Consequently, this training program on the Fundamentals of Coaching Mastery is for confirmed consultants and coaches, for beginers who want to develop into a new profession,  and for managers who wish to add a coaching posture and coaching skills to their other people-management competencies.
