When couples build businesses together over time, their personal and professional relationships often merge. Boundaries between private relationship and work tend to dissolve. Their businesses become families, their homes become professionally managed. Over time, personal relational patterns deeply affect professional decisions and results. Private issues emerge to influence business meetings and projects. Difficult business issues may undermine deeper emotional connections. Complementary differences may grow to be perceived as incompatibilities or hurdles.
All the above specifically affect entrepreneurial couples and partneships, their children and future generations.
In time, the quality of such complexity can serve to grow, stall or undermine personal development, common projects, and relationships, sometimes with a very important cost, or profit.
Of course each partnership and couple often learns how to face and solve such issues in their own way. We know that sharing and exploring between similar and complementary entrepreneurial couples can also be enlightening.
COACHES
Over the years Raluca Culda and Alain Cardon have very closely accompanied numerous entrepreneurial couples. This workshop rests on their professional experience as well as on their own lives, both being active partners in their own entrepreneurial couples.
For them too, this workshop will be a huge exploration and development opportunity.
